The new building is considered as a piece of rectangular footprint, compact and effective both from a point of view of the optimization of the uses and from the point of view of energy sustainability. In its interior two courtyards with vegetation provide light and natural ventilation, as well as the possibility of solving safe gardens

The layout of the two courtyards allows residents to walk through the interior of the building in circular tours without having to repeat a trip. This configuration allows a simple orientation and at the same time a slight variation that prevents the monotony of its path.

The facades of the building emphasize horizontality. Each room module has an opaque wooden front at the bottom and solves the rest of the hole with wood and glass carpentry allowing wide views from the inside. It also allows you to have a small table at the height of the window. The glazed area is divided into two horizontal halves. In the lower one, there is a square window and the second upper half can be opened inwards to allow ventilation of the room.

El nuevo edificio está considerado como una pieza de huella rectangular, compacta y eficaz tanto desde el punto de vista de la optimización de los usos como desde el punto de vista de la sostenibilidad energética. En su interior dos patios con vegetación brindan luz y ventilación natural, así como la posibilidad de resolver jardines seguros.

La distribución de los dos patios permite a los residentes caminar por el interior del edificio en recorridos circulares sin tener que repetir un viaje. Esta configuración permite una orientación sencilla y al mismo tiempo una ligera variación que evita la monotonía de su recorrido.

Las fachadas del edificio enfatizan la horizontalidad. Cada módulo de habitación tiene un frente de madera opaca en la parte inferior y resuelve el resto del hueco con carpintería de madera y vidrio permitiendo amplias vistas desde el interior. También te permite tener una mesita a la altura de la ventana. El área acristalada se divide en dos mitades horizontales. En la inferior hay una ventana cuadrada y la segunda mitad superior se puede abrir hacia el interior para permitir la ventilación de la habitación.
